Our Experience

MDSS Technologies is a small business and a full-service consulting firm with a staff of three persons. The strengths of the firm reside in the education and the experience of its president and its ability to get qualified people to meet its clients needs. The President of the firm, Dr. Rodney Charitable, has experience managing mechanical and electrical engineering projects involving some of the most sophisticated weapons of the United States military. He has managed 6 design-build projects and 17 building maintenance projects. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, which he utilizes in his consulting work, to help clients achieve clearly defined results.

Their consulting services include, managing strategic initiatives, establishing the long-term direction of an organization, analyzing and defining organizations missions and identifying priorities, developing program goals and objectives, and performing requirement analysis. They have the capability to manage complex projects, elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders. They can perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, trade-off analysis, and feasibility studies.

MDSS Technologies provides facilitation services to help their clients establish their needs, evaluate the user requirements, and identify what is needed to achieve and maintain peak performance in the most cost effective manner. This helps to manage risk and uncertainty in programs.
